    Renewal due on...

    Hello, 

    Our new applications are showing a 'Renewal due on' = 'Never', instead of automatically being filled with the pre-set date, 'April 1st'. We have to manually update each newly created record...

    What are not doing right or what do we have to change for new applications to show the correct renewal date automatically?

    Hello Nicole,

    If the memberships are showing "Never" for the renewal date then your membership levels are set to never renew. Go to Settings > Membership Level, click into your levels and go to the Renewal Policy tab. Here, set the required renewal period.

    Thanks, I checked again the Renewal policy tab. It is as follows:

    Renewal period

    Every 1 year

    Specific date: 1st of April

     

     

    Yet, the new applications are all showing Renewal due on = Never....
