  Tracking former members Reply Quote Is there a way to add a member status level or sort by suspended memberships?  I need to be able to send reports to vendors on who is no longer a member.  Two ways I thought to do this was to create a separate Former member status, but can't figure out how to add another status level. Or I could sort by suspended members but I would need it to also sort by date suspended so I could see who the most recent people are.    Thanks for any help or thoughts...

  bigskyastd Joined about 4 months ago Posts 3	Re: Tracking former members Reply Quote Settings --> Membership Levels   Add a new Level, probably with no renewal option and no login option   Find a contact, click the Edit button in Membership section. Choose the new level using the drop down and save.   Though I didn't just try this for real, it seems like it would work ok.

You are correct that you can't add a member status type.   It's also possible that you could add a new member level for this purpose, but the above search might be easier.   Good luck!
