Setting up Wild Apricot w/using Quickbooks

I'm trying to determine if finances from invoicing in Wild Apricot can import into Quickbooks.

Current classes in Quickbooks are membership types:  sign companies, suppliers, other......  and chart of accounts reflects many levels of income.  Example:  winter conference with sub accounts of registration and Friday night event.  Annual convention has at least 7 sub-levels of income.

I'm confused when creating invoice in Wild Apricot of what income classes should be listed as.   Are current classes (membership types) used  to reflect event registration?  For example three meetings are held per year:  winter conference, convention and fall conference.  Would income classes be created in Quickbooks as:  fall conference sign company registration, fall conference supplier registration, convention sign company .....

In Wild Apricot administrator can setup class names in "Quickbools export settings" page - see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/QuickBooks+Export+Settings

You will see "Class" field in corresponding field - so you can define what class name to use. Note if there is no such class in Quickbooks, it will will create new one.
