Add button over the Home link in the left navigation

  Add button over the Home link in the left navigation Reply Quote I would like to put a button for Joining or Renewing Membership above the Home link in the left navigation area.  See www.astd.org for a visual example of what I want to accomplish.   I see documentation about putting content under the menu but not above.   Is this possible? However you can add a button above your menu - it will require a tweak to your template files.
