Automatic emails sent to members

    Automatic emails sent to members

    Hello wild people at apricot!

    Is there a way to manually control the automatic emails sent to members that are not part of the work flow or are able to be customized? For instance, when a membership level has changed, or membership status change, or when membership is renewed an email is sent that we have no control over. I can't find any customization for these email messages, and our members are receiving them wothout our branded logo and identification.

    No this isn't currently possible. Right now you only control when the existing e-mails are sent (# days) and which e-mail template to use as well as some actions to perform (i.e set to lapsed).

     

    But this does sound like an interesting feature. Could you post more details about it on our wishlist so everyone can give their thoughts- See http://community.wildapricot.com/8/ShowForum.aspx  .

    Actually this is something we're aware of for a long time and we plan to get rid of such automatic emails during manual changes of a member details in the very next release 4.3

    4.3 release - no there should not automatic email sent during admin actions. Please check if it works for you or not.
