I'm not sure if this has been addressed elsewhere and don't have the time to comb through discussion topics today to see.
I am getting acquantied with the registration email confirmations, and have discovered that the "Paid pending" Offline (manual) confirmation email appears to be sent when a customer selects On-Line payment, but then does not complete check out with Pay Pal.
In the list of registration emails available, there is not an automated email that confirms that the registration info has been received, but that no payment was made, and to explain their payment options again at that point.
If this is not possible, the default email should at least be the "Paid Pending offline" registration.
I am completely baffled by this default, and definitely do not want our customers to receive an email saying they are fully registered when in fact they have not paid or made any arrangement (i.e. generated an invoice) to pay.
Please advise.
