Send event reminder to those not registered

I cannot find a way to create a list of members who have not yet registered for an event.  I'd like to send them a reminder that registration is closing, but I don't want to send the same message to those that have already registered.  I cannot find any criteria that would be useful in this regard.

If you go to "contacts" and "advanced search" one of the criterion is "registered for a specific event"  You can then choose a specific event and mark it "none of selected"

If you also want a specific membership level, you can sort that also.

Also the automatic event announcements automatically exclude everyone already registered, so you could just schedule one to go out the next day for example.

That's good to know! You may want to make that bit of info show up to the users. That is a great feature but other than this blog post I can't find anywhere that tells us about it.
