Change color of line above Next button on Member App

I would like to change the color of the line above the Cancel link and Next button on my Membership Application. The line is currently purple (see link below). Please forward instructions on how/where to change this color.

Hello,

You would need to add the following to Settings > CSS Customiztion:

DIV.navigationOuterContainer {
border-top: 1px solid #8492CC;
}

The text next to the pound sign is the color code - you can find a chart of color codes here: http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/HTML+Color+Codes

Sorry for highjacking this thread, but how do I change the colour of the background in the forum when someone "replys" to another persons comments? At the moment, the other persons comments are repeated with a pink background and then the new comments are posted below. Our website is for a motorbike club, so the boys don't like to pink too much.......can you please advise the code I need to use to change it?
