  Unsubscribe Tracking [9202] If a contact unsubscribes I'd like to be able to see when (date) and ideally in response to what email (name of the email).  It'd be great if I could see this both at the contact level (in the Email Subscriptions tab) and at the email level (when I pull up old drafts or sent emails). Currently I see who is flagged as unsubscribed but I don't know if they actually unsubscribed or it was an importing mistake or what. Kyle Mitchell | www.spec.bc.ca

  Re: Unsubscribe Tracking I would also find this useful. To be able to know what email they are unsubscribing from is also useful so I know what it is that made them decide to unsubscribe. It would also be nice if the unsubscribe form had a survey included asking people why they unsubscribed - did they get too many emails from us? are our emails not relevant to what they do/want? Do they just get too many emails in general? etc...   Rebecca

  Re: Unsubscribe Tracking [9202] At least partially this change has been implemented in the recent 4.2 release - as a part of Emails log feature. If links tracking is enabled (for manual blast or for automatic emails) then system tracks all clicked links including Unsubscribe. This is show on email details.    Could you update this thread with new comments now based on this already done work?  Evgeny Product Design Team
