System downtime night of February 19th due to data center move

    Dear clients,

Our datacenter is undergoing some upgrades and this requires moving all our servers to a new physical location.

This move is scheduled for night of Friday 19th at 11pm EST

Expected downtime for Wild Apricot service is 3 hours.

Please make sure to log out in advance.

This migration has been planned extensively over the past 6 months and the procedure has been rehearsed and timed on test equipment to verify duration and to test procedural order and contingencies.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

As always, our team is here to assist you. Should you have any questions, please contact support@wildapricot.com

    Update:

The actual start time of the move will likely be not at 11pm EST but several hours later (current estimate is 2:30 am EST) - good news for west coast users working late on Friday.

The downtime duration is still estimated at 3 hours from the start time.

    Update:

All our servers are back to normal as of  8:42 am EST Saturday Feb 20th.

(The servers move did not go exactly as anticipated - I guess they never do... Our actual downtime was from 2am EST to 8:42 am EST - 6 hours 42 minutes)

    Sorry for the inconvenience!
