  Problems with link tracking in emails We have a number of reports from our clients about problems with link tracking in emails (see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Tracking+link+click-throughs ) It looks like this feature is malfunctioning for a number of clients. We are investigating this and will release a fix as soon as we can - but for now we advise to refrain from using link tracking feature. Dmitry Buterin, Chief Apricot

However we can not yet confirm that the problem is definitely solved - we are continuing our investigation and running tests. So for now we still advise you to avoid using link tracking function.   Re: Problems with link tracking in emails Link tracking problem has now been resolved. It turns out there was a typo in the configuration file on one of our servers - so users who happened to be directed to that particular server in our server farm were experienced problems with links - while for others users same links worked just fine. (This made it especially hard to catch this bug as we were not able to reproduce it for some time). Sorry for the inconvenience. Dmitry Buterin, Chief Apricot
