  Redesign Advanced search to be used with contacts with Events and Donations criteria [5368] Current behavior: Donor list does not have a search/filtering function so this can only be done by exporting to Excel - which is not convenient and does not provide many filtering options without complex data tweaks. Desired behavior: Built-in search/filtering (similar to Advanced search for members) to allow searching/filtering donors by specific criteria and then email/export the list. Notes: We would appreciate details on what specific search filters/options are needed. Our current list is: - by total donated amount - by number of donations - by date of last donation - by date of first donation - by time since last donation Dmitry Buterin, Chief Apricot

  List of people who have not registered [2457] Current behavior: N/A Desired behavior: Ability to select contacts (members/donors/event attendees) who have NOT yet registered for a particular event - so that this list can be exported/emailed for the follow-up Notes: if/when we roll-up donors and event attendees into the same database as members, then this can be implemented as an advanced search like 'Event registrations': exclude all who registered for [Select event] Dmitry Buterin, Chief Apricot

  csered Joined about 3 years ago Posts 1	Re: List of people who have not registered We are using emails to invite members to events, but only certain members are invited to certain events.  We would like to be able to send reminders to only those members who we originally emailed about the event, not all members.

Create a group "event 1" and go through the list of members to add in who you want to include.  Then use advanced search to select that group and send email.  Email will go to all - not just people that registered or people that haven't . . .
