Our organization is a local chapter of a national organization. All dues payments for membership go thru our national organization and are not dealt with locally. The only funds we deal with locally are for things like event registrations, etc.
If we put "zero" for the membership level "dues" - on the application page as well as on the membership profile (when a member logs in to edit their profile) - it shows their renewal is "never" and their dues are "free" - neither of which are true.
This confuses members because sometimes the national organization WILL run specials where introductory membership IS free for a short period.
Our request is to be able to essentially "turn off" any mention of membership dues or renewal periods on the member or public visible portions of the site (member profiel page, new member application, etc.)
